About the Role
You will lead complex enterprise AI transformation programs, turning executive priorities into practical roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans. You will sponsor strategic customer deliveries, manage risks and decisions, develop reusable deployment practices, and coach Deployment Strategists.
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similar environment
- Experience at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn strategy into execution
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships
- Ability to engage executives and C-level stakeholders
- Analytical and commercial judgment
- Fluency in English
- German language skills are a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities, align account strategy, and drive executive engagement
- Identify frontier AI opportunities that create material business value
- Structure opportunities into executable transformation programs
- Translate strategy into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans
- Sponsor complex customer programs and ensure delivery quality and executive alignment
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and clarify scope, resources, timelines, and expected value
- Create reusable deployment approaches, playbooks, and patterns
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership
- Contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities
