About the Role

You will provide senior oversight of construction programs and directly supervise project-management, scheduling, cost, and safety leaders. You will own program schedules and budgets, approve major changes, lead stakeholder meetings, manage portfolio risks and resources, and oversee commissioning, turnover, and close-out.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • 5+ years overseeing data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial programs
  • Experience managing construction managers, program controls, EHS leadership, and subcontractor teams
  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling, budget control, and contract administration
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to interpret civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction documents
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction, preconstruction, scheduling, cost, and EHS leaders
  • Serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, quality, and safety issues
  • Own the master program schedule and budget
  • Report program status, risks, and financial performance to leadership
  • Review significant change orders, claims, and contract modifications
  • Chair owner-architect-contractor meetings and key negotiations
  • Mentor direct reports and enforce reporting and quality standards
  • Coordinate resources, staffing, and vendor allocation across projects
  • Oversee commissioning, turnover, and close-out processes
  • Identify and mitigate program-level risks
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and quality requirements
