About the Role

You will source and qualify new franchise partners, conduct discovery, sign partners, and create go-to-market plans. You will grow referral revenue, educate partners on the offering, lead business reviews, and collaborate across functions to improve workflows, sales motions, onboarding, co-marketing, and product feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in partner sales, business development, partnership management, or channel partnerships
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • History of regularly exceeding targets and quotas
  • Experience tracking and improving daily performance and efficiency
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with and affinity for AI tooling
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with new franchise partners
  • Sign partners and create comprehensive go-to-market plans
  • Generate referrals from franchisors and franchisees to drive revenue
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Educate partners on the offering and articulate its value propositions
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering on co-marketing, client onboarding, and product roadmap feedback
  • Develop expertise in product features and workflows
  • Build and improve workflows and sales motions
