About the Role

You will build and scale partnerships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, influencers, investor communities, and ecosystem partners. You will manage partnerships end to end, negotiate commercial structures, optimize incentives, identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and coordinate initiatives across functions and regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, channel development, or related commercial roles in financial services
• Experience with international or multi-market financial platforms is preferred
• Understanding of brokerage, investment, or trading ecosystems
• Relationships with brokerage firms, financial platforms, financial content creators, investor communities, or ecosystem partners are beneficial
• Familiarity with or strong interest in digital assets and crypto
• Commercial judgment, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Cross-cultural communication and cross-regional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Build and scale strategic partnerships across global markets
• Manage market mapping, outreach, negotiation, design, launch, and performance management
• Develop revenue-sharing structures, incentive models, and customized partnership solutions
• Identify partnership channels, customer segments, and geographic opportunities
• Monitor financial-market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies
• Coordinate partnership initiatives with product, marketing, operations, compliance, and regional stakeholders
