About the Role
You will lead the full government capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification through award. You will develop pipeline and win strategies, write compliant proposals, shape AI solutions, manage proposal content, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and improve capture and proposal processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling information technology services to governments
- Experience with government contracting, security clearances, procurement processes, and complex capture strategies
- Experience leading capture and proposal efforts for complex technology or government contracts
- Experience preparing compliant RFx responses
- Experience building relationships with senior government executives and decision-makers
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a multi-year pipeline of strategic opportunities
- Lead capture activities from qualification through win strategy, teaming, proposal, and award
- Write and edit proposal sections
- Collaborate on AI-driven solutions and win themes
- Ensure responses meet solicitation, acquisition-regulation, and quality requirements
- Maintain a proposal content library
- Coordinate sales, product, legal, and engineering stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned and improve capture processes
