About the Role
You will own civilian-agency account capture and growth from opportunity identification through award closure. You will build executive relationships, create account strategy, shape contract-vehicle approaches, manage teaming, grow ARR, and communicate the value proposition to legal, acquisition, and technical audiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling technology to Federal Civilian agencies
- Recent experience independently sourcing and closing new Federal Civilian business
- Experience owning complex civilian sales cycles from prospecting through award
- Knowledge of FAR, GSA schedules, GWACs, and small-business pathways
- Established relationships across civilian agencies
- Current residence in the Washington, D.C. metro area
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain senior relationships across civilian agencies
- Own account strategy and stakeholder maps for assigned agencies and components
- Identify and shape opportunities before solicitation
- Determine contract paths and manage teaming arrangements
- Achieve ARR targets through agency capture, awards, option-year fulfillment, and expansion
- Articulate the value proposition to technical, legal, and contracting audiences
- Represent the organization at industry days, agency forums, and federal conferences
