About the Role
You will drive the onboarding and engagement of influencers and their agencies onto XPN campaigns in this hybrid role. You'll build relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers and publishers, match them with suitable influencers, and negotiate partnership terms and deliverables. You'll guide influencers and developers toward campaign success, monitor performance metrics, and stay current on influencer marketing trends. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, design, and legal teams to improve influencer onboarding processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or partnerships within the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, including YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and other content platforms
- Proven experience working with game developers, publishers, and influencer marketing campaigns
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing influencer performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of gaming communities
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and their agencies to participate in XPN campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier and AAA developers/publishers to drive long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with game developers and publishers to understand campaign objectives and match them with suitable influencers
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, and incentives with influencers and agencies
- Provide guidance and best practices to influencers and developers for maximizing campaign success
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and gaming industry developments
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, design, and legal, to enhance influencer onboarding processes
