About the Role
You will spearhead partnerships, integrations, and growth initiatives to scale the company's reach and liquidity across DeFi and CeFi ecosystems. You'll identify strategic alliances with exchanges, protocols, and liquidity providers, negotiate terms, and drive adoption of the USDsd stablecoin and yield services. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders, develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor partner performance, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development, BD partnerships, or alliance roles in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending, staking, liquidity provisioning), stablecoins, derivatives, and perp markets
- Proven track record of closing technical partnerships or listings with exchanges or protocols
- Strong negotiation, relationship skills, and commercial acumen
- Ability to dive into technical and economic details, understand tokenomics, yield models, and risk
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to represent the company externally
- Self-starter, comfort in ambiguity, ability to move fast in a startup environment
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnership opportunities with centralized exchanges, crypto protocols, staking platforms, liquidity providers, and custodians
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as exchange ops, DeFi teams, and institutional counterparties
- Develop go-to-market strategies and commercial terms for integrations, including listing USDsd, yield pools, and staking contracts
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, ops, token economics, legal, compliance, and marketing teams
- Monitor partner performance and KPIs such as onboarding rate, volume, and retention, and optimize terms over time
- Conduct competitive and market research and track emerging trends in DeFi, yield strategies, and stablecoin innovations
- Represent Standard Money at conferences, industry events, and public forums
