About the Role

You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities across regions, perform market and competitor research, and develop go-to-market strategies. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, dApp developers, and financial counterparties. You will drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, negotiate contracts with legal and finance, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering. You will represent the company at industry events and produce content that supports business development and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Finance Economics or related field
  • Advanced degree such as MBA preferred
  • Experience in business development sales or related role within fintech blockchain or DeFi
  • Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem blockchain technology and liquidity infrastructure
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities
