About the Role
You will develop and deepen relationships with venture capital law firms, create partnership strategies, and activate shared business opportunities. You will gather partner feedback, coordinate with internal stakeholders, identify new ways to deliver value, increase referrals, represent the business at industry events, and travel at least 25% of the time.
Requirements
- Knowledge of venture capital funds and the broader industry
- Familiarity with how law firms work with venture capital funds
- Network of contacts within law firms
- Communication skills

- Experience leading meetings with key leaders and decision makers
- Understanding of SaaS business models
- Business development, partnerships, sales, or relevant industry experience
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen relationships with venture capital law firm partners
- Create champions for fund administration, fund formation, SPV formation, valuations, and KYC/AML products
- Develop scalable engagement strategies for law firm fund formation practices
- Collect law partner feedback and drive cross-functional strategy discussions
- Convert law firms into preferred partners
- Activate mutual books of business with law firms alongside Sales
- Identify additional ways to add value for law firm partners
- Drive referral motions to increase referrals from law firm partners
- Create awareness of fund and investor tools
- Meet current and prospective partners and attend industry events
- Travel at least 25% of the time
