About the Role

You will lead N3XT's expansion across global markets as a high-autonomy results-driven hunter with a systems-oriented mindset. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you'll bridge traditional banking infrastructure with the needs of modern high-velocity firms, driving the "Meet me @ N3XT" referral engine to fuel exponential growth. You'll execute multi-channel outreach to institutional players, pitch CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, own industry trade shows and conferences end to end, design bespoke pitch decks and referral kits, and maintain the sales stack and CRM to refine the global acquisition playbook.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Fintech
  • Direct experience working within Banking, Traditional Finance (TradFi), or the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem
  • Aggressive lead generation ability combined with professional polish to engage C-suite executives
  • Systems thinking with belief in rigorous CRM and process discipline
  • Ability to navigate international markets within a remote-first decentralized structure

Responsibilities

  • Execute sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies to engage institutional players and mid-to-large tier firms
  • Implement a systematic referral process turning onboarded firms into sources of new partner referrals
  • Pitch CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders on cross-border financial needs and narrow banking value propositions
  • Own the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences from pre-event meeting setting to post-event onboarding
  • Design bespoke referral kits and high-level pitch decks
  • Maintain ownership of the sales stack and CRM and use data to track leading indicators and refine the acquisition playbook
