Lead N3XT's expansion across global markets by developing institutional relationships, driving referral growth, engaging CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, managing industry events, creating sales enablement materials, and optimizing the sales stack and CRM.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Fintech.
- Direct experience in Banking, Traditional Finance, or the Crypto/Web3 ecosystem.
- Aggressive lead generation ability and professional polish when engaging C-suite executives.
- Systems thinking and rigorous CRM and process discipline.
- Ability to navigate international markets within a remote-first decentralized structure.
- Nice-to-have experience in global shipping, cross-border payroll, institutional crypto trading, referral programs, ABM, API-driven financial products, or B2B SaaS sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outreach to institutional players and mid-to-large tier firms.
- Implement a systematic referral process that turns onboarded firms into new partner sources.
- Pitch CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders on cross-border financial needs and narrow banking value propositions.
- Own the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences.
- Design bespoke referral kits and high-level pitch decks.
- Own the sales stack and CRM, tracking leading indicators and refining the acquisition playbook.
