About the Role
Support Finoa’s commercial team by researching target companies and customer segments, enriching outbound leads, preparing sales materials, joining customer calls, maintaining CRM accuracy, and building AI and automation workflows for business development.
Requirements
- Curiosity and proactivity toward fintech, crypto, institutional finance, and B2B sales
- Ability to turn scattered information into clear, useful insights
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools
- Clear communication and summarization skills
- Comfort joining sales calls, taking notes, and supporting follow-up
- Interest in experimenting with AI tools, workflows, prompts, and automation techniques
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in sales, business development, consulting, research, fintech, crypto, AI tools, or workflow automation is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Research target companies, customer segments, use cases, and buying signals to sharpen the ideal customer profile
- Identify prospects, decision-makers, company data, funding signals, product usage, and jurisdictional setup
- Prepare targeted outreach lists, account briefs, prospect notes, and sales materials
- Conduct pre-call research, join selected customer calls, capture notes, and identify next steps
- Keep CRM records accurate and update deal and account information
- Track outreach activity and improve sales team visibility
- Build AI and automation workflows using n8n, LLMs, and research agents
- Share patterns from outbound research including emerging customer segments, use cases, and competitor mentions
