About the Role
You will drive expansion across the U.S. healthcare market by identifying priority segments, accounts, use cases, and partnerships. You will build relationships with senior healthcare leaders, originate enterprise opportunities, connect AI solutions to operational needs, and provide market insight on positioning, product priorities, trust, and compliance.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in healthcare, health technology, strategic growth, business development, or partnerships
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, healthcare economics, operational challenges, and enterprise technology buying processes
- Expertise in Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, or Health Tech
- Established relationships with senior healthcare executives, operators, and industry partners
- Ability to translate executive relationships into strategic partnerships, enterprise opportunities, and business growth
- Ability to identify high-impact AI applications across healthcare operations
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, BAAs, healthcare regulatory, privacy, and security requirements
- Executive presence, commercial judgment, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for executive meetings, industry events, and strategic opportunities
Responsibilities
- Identify priority healthcare segments, accounts, use cases, and partnerships
- Develop trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior healthcare decision-makers
- Originate and accelerate enterprise opportunities with founders and go-to-market teams
- Identify high-value AI-agent applications across healthcare operations
- Develop relationships with consulting firms, systems integrators, platforms, BPO partners, and industry associations
- Leverage investor and advisor networks to advance strategic opportunities
- Represent Decagon at executive briefings, conferences, private events, and partner meetings
- Translate customer and partner feedback into recommendations for positioning, product priorities, trust, and compliance
