About the Role
You will drive B2B growth by prospecting SME clients, executing targeted sales strategies, and managing the full sales cycle from first field contact through closing and onboarding. You will demonstrate business current accounts, commercial insurance, funding options, and card terminal solutions. You will build and manage referral partnerships with local business hubs, accountants, and SME networks. You will divide your full-time schedule between fieldwork and the office, collaborate on pitch strategies and outreach plans, report market intelligence, manage sales administration, and represent Tide at industry events and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record in B2B business development and active field sales
- Industry expertise selling business current accounts or commercial insurance, or experience in the card terminal and payments sector
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pitch to business owners, negotiate deals, and present to large groups
- Experience identifying, securing, and nurturing B2B partnerships and referral networks
- Networking and rapport-building ability
- Ability to manage a five-day on-site and field schedule
