About the Role
Lead negotiations for complex agreements connecting physical data center assets with digital products. Define off-take strategy, manage capacity utilization, partner with finance and infrastructure, structure pricing and capacity reservations, and translate technical power and space requirements into business value.
Requirements
- Experience in data center colocation or cloud infrastructure managing large-scale wholesale leases
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals
- Experience structuring complex agreements with tiered pricing, capacity reservations, and service level guarantees
- Ability to translate technical power and space requirements into business value
- Comfort working in a fast-paced commercial environment
Responsibilities
- Define off-take strategy by deciding whether to lease data center space or operate capacity as cloud clusters
- Lead negotiations for major contracts from initial term sheet through final legal redlines
- Negotiate contracts connecting physical data center assets and digital products
- Balance physical inventory with digital demand to maximize utilization and eliminate unused capacity
- Partner with finance and infrastructure teams to align commercial deals with power and site constraints
