About the Role
You will lead commercial legal strategy and execution for innovative product partnerships and complex commercial arrangements. You will advise stakeholders on technology agreements, strategic partnerships, terms of service, legal risk, and go-to-market structures. You will improve legal templates, playbooks, AI processes, contract lifecycle management, automation, and risk frameworks, while supporting M&A diligence and integration as needed.
Requirements
- J.D. or equivalent legal degree
- Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- 8+ years of commercial legal experience
- Experience leading complex commercial transactions in a global environment
- Knowledge of technology, SaaS, or strategic partnerships
- Product development and go-to-market legal knowledge

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial legal strategy and execution for product partnerships and complex commercial arrangements
- Advise Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Regulatory stakeholders on go-to-market structures and partnership models
- Advise on commercial legal matters and negotiations, including technology agreements, strategic partnerships, and terms of service
- Improve legal templates, playbooks, AI processes, and risk-management frameworks
- Collaborate with Compliance, Tax, and Regulatory teams to assess legal risk and implement solutions
- Support contract lifecycle management, process automation, and tooling improvements
- Assist with M&A contract diligence and integration
