About the Role

You will draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international contracts and legal documents. You will provide practical legal support to sales, HR, logistics, finance, and IT. You will manage corporate compliance, trademark matters, legal records, external counsel, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law or a related field
  • Chinese legal professional qualification or passage of a legal qualification examination in another jurisdiction
  • 3–5 years of law-firm or in-house legal experience
  • Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Ability to independently support sales, HR, logistics, finance, and IT functions
  • Cross-functional communication and project-management skills
  • Practical experience using AI and automation tools and reviewing AI outputs

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international contracts and legal documents
  • Provide practical legal support to sales, HR, logistics, finance, and IT
  • Handle legal matters including regulatory filings, related-party transaction management, audit support, and global entity governance
  • Manage the full trademark lifecycle, including applications, renewals, oppositions, evidence, deadlines, and external agents
  • Build and maintain legal document archives and knowledge-management systems
  • Use AI and automation tools to streamline legal workflows
  • Review and correct AI-generated legal analyses, contract revisions, and filing documents
  • Identify inefficient legal and business processes and drive standardization and automation
  • Coordinate internal departments, external lawyers, company secretaries, trademark agents, and other service providers
