You will research digital-asset regulations, assist with commercial contracts, prepare compliance filings and corporate registers, review institutional KYC and AML materials, and turn legal requirements into practical internal guidance.
Requirements
- Final-year LLB or JD student, or recent law graduate
- Preparing for, sitting for, or recently completed Singapore Bar Examinations Part B
- Legal drafting and regulatory-interpretation skills
- Interest in digital assets, blockchain market structures, technology, and capital markets
- Confidential corporate-data handling
Responsibilities
- Research global digital-asset regulations
- Review and draft corporate and commercial documents
- Prepare regulatory filings and compliance checklists
- Maintain corporate secretarial registers
- Review KYC and AML documentation and corporate structures
- Create practical compliance guides for engineering and trading desks
