About the Role
You will maintain regulatory calendars, registers, records, returns, and notifications. You will support AML/CFT regulatory-change and remediation work, log and escalate incidents, maintain data-protection materials and corporate records, and coordinate committee meetings, compliance training, and annual declarations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of compliance, legal, corporate secretarial, or operations experience
- Relevant internship experience for fresh graduates

Responsibilities
- Maintain regulatory calendars, returns, surveys, queries, and complaints
- Maintain compliance registers and follow up on overdue items
- Submit approved returns and notifications through the MAS portal
- Support AML/CFT regulatory change and remediation initiatives
- Log incidents, gather supporting information, and escalate them for assessment
- Support the data protection framework and policies
- Maintain corporate records and track renewals
- Schedule committee meetings, circulate papers, take minutes, and track actions
- Track compliance training and annual declarations
