About the Role

You will review fiat and crypto transaction-monitoring alerts, investigate complex accounts and blockchain transactions, and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports. You will use blockchain analytics tools, support KYC, KYB, EDD, and sanctions screening, tune monitoring rules, and integrate compliance controls with partner functions.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in AML, transaction monitoring, or financial-crimes compliance
Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets, and crypto AML risks
Understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC sanctions, and FinCEN virtual-currency guidance
Ability to analyze complex financial data and write investigative narratives
Experience with blockchain analytics tools and fiat transaction-monitoring vendors
CAMS, CGSS, CCAS, or Chainalysis Reactor Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Review and disposition daily fiat and crypto transaction-monitoring alerts
Investigate complex user accounts and blockchain transactions
Draft investigative narratives and prepare or file Suspicious Activity Reports
Use on-chain analytics tools to trace cryptocurrency flows and assess illicit-finance risks
Assist with KYC, KYB, EDD, and OFAC sanctions-screening reviews
Refine transaction-monitoring rules with compliance engineering
Work with customer support, engineering, and product to integrate compliance controls
