About the Role

You will lead the lifecycle of high-value commercial agreements and negotiate precedent-setting deals. You will advise on privacy, data governance, technology regulation, and legal risk; improve contract processes and playbooks; manage external legal advisers; and mentor junior counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle of complex, high-value commercial agreements
  • Drive negotiation strategy for high-stakes deals
  • Advise stakeholders on launch, intellectual property, privacy, data governance, and risk matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Monitor emerging technology, AI, and data-governance regulations
  • Develop templates, automation, contract playbooks, and workflows
  • Mentor legal team members
  • Manage external legal advisers
  • Support legal strategy, KPIs, and annual priorities
