About the Role
You will build and operate programs that translate regulatory requirements into clear processes, controls, ownership, and evidence. You will lead regulatory assessments and responses, coordinate remediation, improve content and privacy compliance workflows, automate recurring work, and communicate recommendations and risks.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating AI safety, security, and content-moderation programs
- Experience using agentic tooling for process automation
- Knowledge of model evaluation, training and release, safety controls, content moderation, and post-launch operations
- Knowledge of the EU AI Act, DSA, OSA, and SB 53
- Experience leading regulatory responses and external compliance audits
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs
- Experience improving or automating operational workflows
- Ability to maintain compliance documentation and contract language
- Privacy program-management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead AI safety, security, and content-compliance programs
- Translate regulatory requirements into programs, processes, controls, and escalation paths
- Maintain control narratives and traceable evidence
- Lead external compliance assessments and track remediation
- Prioritize compliance work that reduces risk
- Develop evidence-backed recommendations with functional partners
- Improve content and privacy compliance workflows
- Automate, test, and verify recurring administrative work
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Communicate uncertainty, recommendations, and tradeoffs
