About the Role
You will work with finance and credit practices at law firms to adopt and expand AI workflows for credit transactions. You will build client relationships, lead demos, pilots, and training, quantify impact on live deals, and bring practitioner feedback to product and engineering.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.
- 2–6 years of experience in a credit-focused transactional practice at a leading law firm.
- Experience in leveraged and acquisition finance, banking and finance, private credit and direct lending, fund finance, structured finance, restructuring, or debt capital markets.
- Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related documents.
- Understanding of law firm decision-making and practice-group change management.
- Experience with leading LLMs and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to win finance and credit practices at law firms and drive adoption and expansion.
- Build and deploy workflows for precedent research, markups, issues lists, diligence, closings, amendments, refinancings, and liability management transactions.
- Build relationships with finance partners, practice leaders, knowledge-management, and innovation teams.
- Lead demos, pilots, and training.
- Quantify time savings and quality improvements on live deals and develop case studies.
- Bring finance-lawyer feedback to product and engineering.
- Help shape go-to-market strategy and grow the legal vertical team.
