About the Role
Manage agent liquidity and cash operations in Sierra Leone, ensure agent and customer needs are met efficiently, lead a team, monitor nationwide liquidity, coordinate cash-flow logistics, manage the agent network, uphold security procedures, and report operational challenges.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Krio
- 5+ years of experience in cash movements, Cash-In-Transit, or treasury
- 2+ years of experience in team management
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a comparable field
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Sierra Leone
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of agent network management
- Negotiation skills
- Work authorization in Sierra Leone
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a skilled team in Sierra Leone
- Develop materials for a sustainable and structured liquidity department
- Monitor liquidity status nationwide
- Identify priority areas and develop solutions for liquidity needs
- Plan and coordinate liquidity logistics across the agent network
- Manage the country's agent network
- Follow security standards and procedures
- Report operational challenges promptly
