About the Role
You will manage agent liquidity and cash operations in Sierra Leone while ensuring that agent and customer needs are met efficiently. You will lead a team, monitor liquidity nationwide, develop department materials, coordinate cash flow logistics, manage the agent network, uphold security procedures, and report operational challenges promptly. You will be based in Freetown and travel frequently throughout the country.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Krio
- 5+ years of experience in cash movements Cash-In-Transit or treasury
- 2+ years of experience in team management
- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting business management or a comparable field
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time within Sierra Leone
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Knowledge of agent network management
- Negotiation skills
- Work authorization in Sierra Leone
Responsibilities
