About the Role
You will support the development of AI data center sites from origination through final investment decision. You will coordinate diligence and consultants, maintain schedules and budgets, track permitting, research sites and utilities, prepare project reporting, and support development cost management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- 1+ years of related experience in real estate, infrastructure, construction, finance, or consulting
- Google Workspace

Responsibilities
- Support development managers across site origination, diligence, and final investment decision
- Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
- Manage due-diligence deliverables and summarize findings and risks
- Track entitlement and permitting applications, hearings, and requirements
- Support site-control documentation and closing checklists
- Research jurisdictions, utilities, incentives, and site conditions
- Build project dashboards, status reports, and approval-package inputs
- Track development budgets, review invoices, and report costs
- Standardize templates, playbooks, and reporting
