About the Role
You will process daily fund administration activities, including money-in, money-out, maintenance, insurance, and Australian superannuation transactions. You will manage case-queue work within service levels, respond to client queries, support related operational functions, meet KPIs and SLAs, and help improve processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fund administration or a similar financial-services operations role
- Time-management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume processing
- Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage repetitive or high-volume workloads under pressure
- Ability to adapt to regulatory, process, and organisational change
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute as a team player
Responsibilities
- Process daily fund administration work, including Australian superannuation contributions, payments, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance
- Manage case-queue work items within agreed service levels
- Complete high-volume processing tasks accurately
- Support Corporate Actions, Cash, and related fund-services activities
- Respond to client queries through email and case-management systems
- Prioritise workload to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Collaborate to resolve issues and deliver services on time
- Complete structured training and competency assessments
- Identify process improvements and support ad-hoc tasks or projects
