About the Role
You will support the day-to-day operations of US-domiciled private equity feeder funds. You will assist with fund launches, closings, capital calls, distributions, subscription reviews, KYC and AML coordination, reconciliations, investor statements, audits, K-1 preparation, cross-functional operational questions, and process documentation and automation.
Requirements
- Junior or Senior pursuing a financial or business degree
- Problem-solving skills
- Google Docs proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Based in New York
- Valid visa or work permit
Responsibilities
- Support fund launches, closings, capital calls, and distributions
- Maintain accurate fund data, trackers, and checklists
- Support subscription-document and general-partner eligibility reviews
- Coordinate KYC and AML checks
- Work with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors on reconciliations, investor statements, audits, and K-1 preparation
- Partner with internal teams to resolve operational questions
- Document processes and improve templates and automation tools
