About the Role

You will oversee trade confirmation, settlement, collateral management, and lifecycle events. You will resolve operational exceptions, use data to strengthen controls and productivity, identify automation opportunities, assess workflow risks, and provide documentation, training, and people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of investment operations experience
• Expertise in trade confirmation, settlement, and post-trade lifecycle management
• Understanding of collateral management, margin processing, custody operations, and exception management
• Experience resolving settlement breaks, trade fails, and operational risk events
• Ability to use data analysis to drive automation, efficiency, and risk reduction
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage post-trade operations across confirmation, settlement, collateral management, and lifecycle events
• Resolve settlement failures, collateral disputes, mark-to-market exceptions, and contractual discrepancies
• Use data analysis and operational metrics to identify trends and improve controls
• Evaluate processes, procedures, and systems for automation, standardization, scalability, and improvement
• Assess upstream process changes and implement solutions to strengthen operational performance
• Maintain process documentation and provide training and development support
• Balance people leadership with functional management responsibilities
