About the Role
You will diagnose complex operational problems, map current processes, design future-state solutions, and lead improvements across people, process, technology, and governance. You will analyze data, facilitate cross-functional sessions, communicate recommendations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Eight or more years of hands-on process improvement and operational change experience in large organizations
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and quality management methodologies
- Experience leading large-scale improvement initiatives
- Experience with process and data analysis, cost-benefit analysis, modeling, process mapping, workflow observation, and data flows
- Ability to facilitate operational and technical teams
- Business writing and PowerPoint skills
- Financial services or benefits outsourcing experience is preferred
- No immigration sponsorship is available

- Frame complex business problems and identify root causes
- Map and observe current-state processes
- Design and implement future-state processes
- Lead large-scale improvement initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Analyze processes, data, costs, benefits, workflows, and data flows
- Facilitate operations and technical teams to automate manual processes
- Create written and visual recommendations for leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions
- Evolve process-improvement tools and standards
