About the Role

You will lead frontline Remote Operations Center operators and coordinate daily remote operations. You will provide operational coverage, analyze performance, investigate root causes, standardize processes, communicate updates, and partner with onsite teams to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of related operations, logistics, manufacturing, automation, robotics, or supply chain experience
• At least 1 year of management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
• Knowledge of automation, robotics, manufacturing, or distribution operations
• Knowledge of operational metrics, KPI tracking, and performance management
• Ability to conduct root cause investigations and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to support process improvement and documentation development

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Remote Operations Center operators
• Coordinate daily remote operations activities
• Provide operational coverage during callouts, absences, vacations, and high-priority events
• Analyze system performance and recommend data-driven solutions
• Standardize and improve processes, documentation, and best practices
• Communicate operational updates and performance trends
• Partner with onsite operations teams to improve workflows and reduce variability
