About the Role
You will track active commercial use cases, maintaining status, milestones, and blockers. You will collect and report KPIs, observe operations at customer and deployment sites, relay issues and data, coordinate open action items, and own projects as needs shift.
Requirements
- Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field graduating within one year
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheet data
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in industrial environments
- Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing role
- Interest in robotics or AI, or experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools such as SQL, Python, or Looker
Responsibilities
- Track active commercial use cases, statuses, milestones, and blockers
- Collect, maintain, and report KPIs
- Observe operations at customer and deployment sites and relay issues and data
- Coordinate action items and open issues across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations
- Own projects end to end as team needs shift
