About the Role
You will own strategic CEO Office projects from identifying problems through planning and delivery across teams. You will support high-priority project planning, execution, and monitoring; conduct research and data analysis to inform decisions; and help improve day-to-day operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or a related field
- Ability to work from the Berlin headquarters at least five times per week
- 1–2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- Experience using AI tools in daily work
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Communication skills
