About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of regulatory mass-customer communications, from planning and drafting through approvals and delivery validation. You will coordinate urgent messaging during on-call incidents, maintain audit evidence, analyze delivery data, and partner with Compliance, Legal, leadership, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Series 7 license
- Series 24 license
- 3+ years of financial services operations and regulatory compliance experience
- Written and verbal communication
- Project coordination

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- US citizenship or lawful permanent residency
Responsibilities
- Manage regulatory mass customer communication campaigns
- Define project scopes, timelines, and communication schedules
- Draft customer notices and urgent incident messaging
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Validate communication delivery using data and reporting tools
- Maintain delivery evidence for audits and regulatory reviews
- Coordinate competing operational and regulatory communication priorities
