Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC (GSIS) is a Delaware limited liability company that administers and sponsors digital-asset investment products. It is the sole remaining sponsor of multiple Grayscale trusts and ETFs, including Bitcoin, Ether, Chainlink, XRP, Solana, Stellar Lumens, and Zcash products. GSIS operates under the Grayscale brand and is part of the Digital Currency Group corporate group.

About the Role
You will own operational processes supporting an index-based product suite throughout its lifecycle. You will coordinate prospectus reviews, filings, benchmark changes, share splits, expense-ratio updates, product launches, and fund liquidations. You will maintain product calendars and monitoring sheets, provide accurate inputs for product decisions, and align Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, Marketing, and external parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, product development, fund operations, or a related function in asset management, ETFs, index products, or financial services
- Working knowledge of prospectus filings, index and benchmark administration, fund board processes, and registered-product regulations
- Project management skills
- Experience managing recurring operational deliverables with accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships across Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, and Marketing
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external parties
- Interest in the digital asset space
Responsibilities
- Lead annual index description reviews, including filings, communications, and collateral updates
- Execute benchmark changes and share splits
- Maintain monthly closing-price monitoring
- Monitor and communicate fund expense-ratio changes
- Project manage end-to-end operational rollouts for new product launches
- Drive fund liquidation processes and coordinate cross-functional execution
- Own the master calendar for fund board-driven product changes
- Own operational inputs for prospectus changes, business-model changes, and new launch data
- Ensure Product Management and Legal receive accurate, timely information
