About the Role

You will manage the full lifecycle of digital asset integrations and offerings, from assessment through launch and maintenance. You will execute critical asset-event updates, coordinate with external partners and internal functions, support ecosystem campaigns, and improve operational processes, documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline.
  • Understanding of financial markets, transaction settlement, and risk management.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in traditional finance, such as investment banking, asset management, capital markets, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Interest in transitioning into Web3 and the digital asset sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations and offerings.
  • Oversee and execute platform updates for token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset offboarding.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for external project teams, foundations, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support on requirements, guidelines, and timelines.
  • Coordinate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently.
