About the Role
You will shape testing activities for asset-management projects and new systems. You will plan, coordinate and document business and user-acceptance tests, test applications, interfaces and customer-journey processes, develop test cases and acceptance criteria, investigate defects, and support lasting fixes and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education
- Experience in business testing or quality assurance, ideally in securities business, pensions or digital assets
- Strong understanding of front-to-back investment processes
- Experience in projects and with test-management methods and tools
- Quality assurance, structured work and cross-functional analytical ability
- German proficiency and good English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Shape testing activities for asset-management projects and new systems
- Plan, coordinate and document business tests and user acceptance tests
- Test applications, interfaces and processes across private-customer journeys
- Develop test cases and acceptance criteria with business, IT and external partners
- Identify defects, analyse root causes and support sustainable remediation
- Improve processes and systems
