About the Role
You will provide internal IT support for employees, resolve technical issues, and manage equipment and access throughout the employee lifecycle. You will keep IT documentation accurate and audit-ready, support security reviews and patching, improve knowledge bases, troubleshoot connectivity, make small internal-service changes, and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- Be starting an IT career or studying in an IT-related field
- Communicate excellently in written and spoken English
- Have professional German language skills
- Work in the office at least three days per week
Responsibilities
- Triage and answer internal support requests
- Oversee asset and access management processes and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Set up equipment and access for new employees and handle offboarding
- Support security compliance through patching and IT asset reviews
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases
- Fix connectivity issues and make small changes to internal services
- Escalate problems to appropriate team members or sections
