About the Role
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data centre infrastructure assets, from procurement through decommissioning. You will track hardware and inventory, maintain CMDB accuracy, monitor asset performance, lead audits, improve processes and tooling, and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data centre operations experience relating to asset management or hardware lifecycle management
- Experience managing high-value hardware assets, such as GPU servers, networking equipment, storage, or data centre infrastructure
- Understanding of asset lifecycle, CMDB systems, and inventory-control best practices
- Experience in multi-site, regional, or global operational environments
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of infrastructure assets from procurement to decommissioning
- Maintain asset tracking for hardware, racks, GPUs, networking equipment, and spares
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and alignment with physical inventory
- Lead asset onboarding and retirement processes
- Monitor asset utilization, performance metrics, and failure trends
- Drive capacity planning, redeployment, and refresh-cycle optimization
- Implement preventative maintenance and lifecycle forecasting strategies
- Ensure compliance with asset management policies and audit standards
- Support asset capitalization, depreciation alignment, and finance reconciliation
- Conduct periodic inventory audits
- Standardize asset management processes across regional sites
- Implement tracking and reporting tooling and automation
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
