About the Role
You will own end-to-end sourcing relationships for assigned AI infrastructure commodities. You will develop category and negotiation strategies, manage supplier performance and capacity planning, structure commercial agreements, identify supply risks, and partner with engineering, finance, legal, and supply-chain stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Experience with hardware or component categories relevant to data center or compute infrastructure
- Experience negotiating and managing supply agreements with component manufacturers, OEMs, or ODMs
- Ability to build technical fluency across new commodity areas
- Experience leading complex commercial negotiations
- Analytical, financial, and business acumen
- Experience operating in constrained, long-lead-time, high-growth supply environments
- Ability to build relationships with senior supplier stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing strategies for assigned AI infrastructure commodities
- Develop category strategies aligned to roadmaps, forecasts, and infrastructure growth
- Drive supply diversification, second-source development, and risk mitigation
- Maintain commodity market intelligence
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers
- Structure supply agreements and commercial terms with legal and finance partners
- Manage supplier relationships, business reviews, escalations, and performance improvement
- Align supplier capacity and lead times with demand forecasts
- Support product introductions, qualification timelines, and capacity ramps
- Develop supply continuity plans and mitigate supply risk
