About the Role
You will build and lead turnkey datacenter delivery from site and power sourcing through construction, rack installation, commissioning, and operational handover. You will translate hardware roadmaps into capacity forecasts, delivery plans, budgets, and schedules; manage partners and contractors; and develop repeatable delivery processes.
Requirements
- Track record delivering large-scale datacenters or similarly complex power-intensive facilities from site selection through commissioning and handover
- Established datacenter ecosystem network
- Technical judgment across power, cooling, networking, and construction
- Experience leading teams and managing construction budgets, contractors, and delivery partners
- Ability to understand hardware roadmaps and anticipate infrastructure needs
- Hands-on execution across engineering, real estate, construction, and operations
Responsibilities
- Translate product milestones and production ramps into power forecasts, site requirements, and phased delivery plans
- Build sourcing pipelines for sites, power, and equipment
- Lead site selection, diligence, preconstruction, budgeting, permitting, and long-lead procurement
- Evaluate cost-effective design modifications, facilities, and equipment alternatives
- Deliver datacenters and labs through construction, rack installation, commissioning, and handover
- Manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, utility readiness, and long-lead equipment
- Build repeatable turnkey delivery processes, testing, documentation, and operator training
- Build and lead the delivery team
- Manage developers, contractors, and delivery partners and resolve risks
