About the Role

You will lead delivery partners and site teams, validate deal readiness, track construction progress, and coordinate stakeholders. You will manage risks, guide technical and operational decisions, drive handoffs to operations, report progress to executives, and improve facility-delivery processes and playbooks.

Requirements

10+ years of site leadership in data center delivery, construction, or infrastructure deployment
Knowledge of end-to-end data center development, including permitting, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover
Knowledge of data center design and construction
Ability to make decisions and guide delivery execution
Ability to own project outcomes in ambiguous environments
Ability to work with job-site trades and executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead data center delivery partners and site teams
Validate transaction readiness from letter of intent through lease execution
Coordinate stakeholders and track construction progress
Guide technical and operational decisions during development
Drive handoffs to operational teams
Prepare executive reporting on facility-development progress
Identify and mitigate delivery risks
Develop facility-delivery processes and playbooks
