About the Role

You will install, configure, test, maintain, and upgrade data center infrastructure. You will monitor performance, resolve operational issues, document work, coordinate with local and remote teams, and provide on-site support during critical incidents and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data center operations experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of data center networking, servers, and storage systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA or Cisco
• GPU experience
• Liquid cooling experience
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test new data center infrastructure
• Perform maintenance and upgrades to meet reliability and performance standards
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Coordinate with local and remote teams on operations and projects
• Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data center management practices
• Provide on-site technical support during critical incidents and outages
