About the Role
You will organize and monitor IT rack and server production, ensuring assembly, testing, and qualification meet deadlines and quality standards. You will coordinate workshop activities, production schedules, component availability, RMA flows, technical documentation, and daily work with technicians and partner teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer hardware, including server assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of datacenter environments and server infrastructure
- Basic networking and technical diagnostics knowledge
- Ability to organize workloads, priorities, and production schedules
- Familiarity with Odoo, Jira, or similar tools
- Ability to follow and maintain technical procedures
- Good command of English
- Valid driving licence
Responsibilities
- Organize and update production schedules
- Monitor workshop production progress and deadlines
- Support hardware assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and quality checks
- Coordinate component availability and RMA flows
- Update production data and track activities in Odoo, Jira, and Confluence
- Maintain production procedures and technical documentation
- Identify workflow, quality, and productivity improvements
- Coordinate daily activities with technicians and support other teams
