About the Role
You will manage the purchasing, budgeting, contracting, and renewal of internal IT solutions and software. You will track licenses, usage, and costs; review existing solution usage; support solution operations; and coordinate with vendors and relevant internal departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT/software procurement and contract management
- Ability to negotiate vendor pricing and contract terms
- Understanding of diverse SaaS products and licensing policies
- No restrictions on overseas travel
Responsibilities
- Manage purchases, budget approvals, contracts, and renewals for internal IT solutions and software
- Manage IT solution licenses, usage status, and costs
- Review usage of existing IT solutions and support their operation
- Coordinate with solution vendors and relevant departments
