About the Role
You will install, configure, test, and map Moxi robots at hospital sites. You will train hospital staff, monitor launches, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, update documentation, support site surveys, and share field feedback to improve robot deployments.
Requirements
- Troubleshooting across hardware and software
- Linux terminal experience, including command-line use and log reading
- Ability to explain technical topics to clinical staff, facility teams, and hospital leadership
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to maintain hospital vendor credentialing
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and test Moxi robots at hospital sites
- Map hospital floors and configure robots to use doors and elevators
- Support live fleets with map updates, additional robots, and new units
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Monitor robots during launches and keep implementation tasks on schedule
- Train hospital staff and leaders on working with robots
- Follow customer issues through resolution and advocate for customers internally
- Share field feedback with Engineering and Product
- Support network and site surveys
- Write and update training materials, user guides, and procedures
- Provide on-call support as needed
