About the Role
You will build and run operational systems across contract management, document management, compliance, due diligence, and audits. You will track contractual obligations and deadlines, prepare documentation and evidence, and develop AI-enabled tools that automate operational workflows with precision.
Requirements
- Experience building an agent or automation using tools such as Claude and other LLMs
- Extreme attention to detail
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a high-precision environment
- Experience in paralegal work, investment banking, consulting, or legal or compliance operations at a startup
- Ability to take on new projects, including legal research and broader operations
Responsibilities
- Manage contract lifecycles and document management
- Track obligations and deadlines in agreements and flag upcoming requirements
- Produce documents for due diligence, audits, and investor requests
- Drive compliance workstreams, including SOC 2, ISO, and government certifications
- Collect documentation and evidence to maintain audit readiness
- Build AI-enabled tools to automate operational workflows
- Handle critical day-to-day operations across investor relations, equity management, HR, and compliance
