About the Role

You will lead risk and control matters across core markets, with a primary focus in Singapore. You will manage KRI reporting, RCSA testing, third-party risk, business continuity, resolution planning, and data-loss-protection governance. You will partner with control stakeholders, manage operational risks and incidents, lead continuity exercises, and strengthen risk awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Risk and control background

  • Work under pressure and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Lead risk and control matters, including KRI reporting, RCSA testing, TPRM, BCM, resolution planning, and DLP governance
  • Partner with risk, continuity, procurement, audit, information security, legal, and compliance stakeholders
  • Support the Unit Operational Risk Manager in identifying and managing operational risks
  • Lead business continuity activities, including staff recalls, emergency evacuations, tabletop exercises, and scenario-based continuity plans
  • Oversee residual risks, issues and actions, and incident management
  • Improve policies and processes to reduce risk exposure
  • Manage risk culture indicators and attestations
  • Drive risk culture and awareness
  • Support ad-hoc operational matters
