About the Role
You will lead security representatives and supervisors, maintain staffing coverage, enforce security and life-safety policies, manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, deliver safety awareness programs, develop crisis-response plans, and oversee incident follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of operational and technical security experience
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- Knowledge of incident management, life safety, investigations, workplace violence, and threat assessment
- Security technology expertise
