About the Role
You will lead daily data center operations at the West Virginia campus. You will establish operating standards, readiness, maintenance, incident response, safety practices, asset management, operational systems, and a scalable operations organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of mission-critical operations, data center, power generation, utilities, industrial facilities, semiconductor manufacturing, or comparable experience
- Experience leading critical infrastructure operations
- Experience leading technical teams and developing operational leaders
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in mission-critical facilities
- Experience with operational procedures, maintenance programs, incident management, and emergency response
- Experience in MOP-, SOP-, and EOP-driven environments
- Decision-making ability during high-pressure operational events
- Communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance for the West Virginia campus
- Establish operating models, staffing, escalation paths, and operational KPIs
- Define operational readiness and acceptance requirements for new infrastructure
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, monitoring, and facility infrastructure
- Develop maintenance, asset management, critical-spares, and OEM service strategies
- Lead critical incident response, recovery, post-incident reviews, and corrective actions
- Maintain SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, emergency-response processes, and change management
- Ensure safety, security, environmental, regulatory, and operational compliance
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain operations leaders and technical talent
- Represent Operations in planning, design reviews, and infrastructure deployment
