About the Role
You will own customer-feedback loops, translate insights into product requirements, and run launch operations for procurement features. You will use AI tools to automate processes, ship product improvements, and build operating systems for release readiness, enablement, supportability, and issue escalation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS
- Proficiency using data to analyze opportunities, adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into requirements and operational processes
- Experience working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces
- Problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills
- Experience using AI tools, such as Claude Code, to make product improvements
Responsibilities
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and specifications
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features
- Ship UX fixes and product improvements using AI tools
- Use AI to automate processes and build products
- Build operating systems for release readiness, enablement, supportability, and issue escalation
